I started working at Rainbow in May of 2018 as an Injectcare Technician. Since then, I have worked in various divisions within the company. I am excited to help educate and support Rainbow Treecare customers on the best ways to care for their trees.

When I am not working, I like to spend my time playing hockey, board games with my fiancé, or messing around with my four cats Luna, Sirius, Tonks, and Bellatrix.

I have had multiple people I have worked with throughout my life and companies. The professionalism and expertise that Rainbow tree offers for tree removal is beyond top tier. From the get go my arberesist Joey out of the little Canada office was very quick to come out and give me the best quote I got out of 4 other companies and companies that also said no it's to big if a tree for our crew. The entire process of watching the tree being removed safely and professionally the entire time. Words can't describe how amazing this company is. The tree removal crew Luke R and Cory are some of the most talented tree removal experts and arborist they there are. Tom and Reggie came out to finish the job and smoothed everything out. All 5 of these gentleman deserve a well job done. Keep it up and thanks to everyone else that assisted.

I had a slight miscommunication about what was going to be a mulch bed and what was going to be grass. With one call a service appointment was made. Reggie and Eli came out for the service call and hot everything corrected and helped me with the straw mat to keep the dirt in place.

Rainbow Treecare removed 2 large trees. I appreciated the crew that came to complete this task. I call the removal of these trees a work of art. The process was amazing to watch. We had 5 trees over 70 feet that needed thinking out and deadwood removed. We had an arborist come out first to evaluate the conditions and provide an estimate. The entire process was seamless with great communication for the steps needed prior to the climbers coming out. When they arrived (4 tree climbers) they were efficient, polite, very professional and informative for any questions we asked. They respected our extensive plantings (no damage at all) and the clean up was immaculate. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them.

1st time using Rainbow, great experience. Slow to schedule but absolutely worth it as we've discovered there are a lot of sketchy and unreliable contractors out there. Had a 40 ft white pine removed next to our pool so we were definitely worried about safety, power lines and the mess. We literally did not see a single speck of sawdust or leftover broken branch, either from the tree downing or the stump grinding afterward. Team super friendly, fast, and now it looks like there was never a tree there to begin with. Highly recommend.

Great service from beginning to end. Sadly we had to have our beautiful old maple removed before it fell down. The removal was fascinating and done with minimal disruption of our gardens. Clean up was immaculate. Stump grinding fast and also fascinating. All we need is some seed in the spring and it will look like no tree was ever there.Thanks, Rainbow

We have had Rainbow Treecare out several times to deal with different issues, including treating our Ash tree for Emerald Ash Borer and treating and pruning our Spruce tree. Everyone who has come out has been very professional, thorough, and easy to work with. In particular, our area’s arborist, Sam, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. He takes the time to explain things and has always provided a quick and accurate quote for the work we are considering. For our latest call, Sam came out and dealt with a branch on a power line as a courtesy, which was much more than I was expecting and much appreciated! We have been very happy to have Sam as a resource, and we will certainly be calling him and Rainbow in the future. Highly recommend.

The scheduling was great. Communication has been very good. I love how Rainbow Treecare reminded me when treatment is due; furthermore, I called on day one and within two days, our Ash tree was treated for Ash Borer prevention. I’m sent a bill following the treatment and they bill exactly what was proposed for treatment cost. Mckenzie (Technician) did a great job informing me of her intentions regarding treatment of our Ash tree. She also noted that she found a slug or two and recommended those be treated.I highly recommend Rainbow Treecare.

We used Rainbow Tree Company to trim a maple tree as well as a very tall spruce. We waited a few months for the appointment, but they were quick to bid the project and came at the appointment time. They hauled away the debris and did a great job trimming the two trees.
