Great service from beginning to end. Sadly we had to have our beautiful old maple removed before it fell down. The removal was fascinating and done with minimal disruption of our gardens. Our neighborhood ash trees (like many others) were infested with Emerald Ash Borer. We removed one, but the Rainbow arborist felt the other was worth trying to save. They treated the tree, and it is doing very well. Their formula is recognized as one of the best, and their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend!

1st time using Rainbow, great experience. Slow to schedule but absolutely worth it as we've discovered there are a lot of sketchy and unreliable contractors out there. Had a 40 ft white pine removed next to our pool so we were definitely worried about safety, power lines and the mess. We literally did not see a single speck of sawdust or leftover broken branch, either from the tree downing or the stump grinding afterward. Team super friendly, fast, and now it looks like there was never a tree there to begin with. Highly recommend.

We had 5 trees over 70 feet that needed thinking out and deadwood removed. We had an arborist come out first to evaluate the conditions and provide an estimate. The entire process was seamless with great communication for the steps needed prior to the climbers coming out. When they arrived (4 tree climbers) they were efficient, polite, very professional and informative for any questions we asked. They respected our extensive plantings (no damage at all) and the clean up was immaculate. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them.

The scheduling was great. Communication has been very good. I love how Rainbow Treecare reminded me when treatment is due; furthermore, I called on day one and within two days, our Ash tree was treated for Ash Borer prevention. I’m sent a bill following the treatment and they bill exactly what was proposed for treatment cost. Mckenzie (Technician) did a great job informing me of her intentions regarding treatment of our Ash tree. She also noted that she found a slug or two and recommended those be treated.I highly recommend Rainbow Treecare.
